The solubility of lignin is high, especially under high temperature condition and acidity reduction, after lignin is dissolved, the original effect will be lost. Skyline lignin's negative plate is prone to the phenomenon of sticking when the pole plate is transformed into a charging plate, i.e., a negative plate is stuck to another negative plate face to face, resulting in an increase in scrap. Adding humic acid lead paste coated plate process performance is good, the adverse effect on the charging acceptance ability is small; there will be no sticky plate phenomenon in the process of formation, the initial performance of the battery is not as good as the initial performance of lignin negative plate, but the solubility of humic acid is low, it can be retained in the negative plate for a longer time, so that the negative plate has a longer life. The composition of other negative additives has little effect on the processability of the team.
